Requirements

You love coffee and think one of the perks would be to smell it all day.
You brew outstanding customer service with a perfect blend of patience, enthusiasm, and positivity.
You are stimulated to take on new challenges, can roll with the punches, and are great at building relationships with a diverse group of people.
You show up grounded to work hard and with the self-discipline to carry out department tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
You communicate clearly, you listen attentively and you are comfortable asking questions in order to determine the best solution.
You are flexible to work morning, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the physical ability to lift and carry 50lbs (coffee beans are heavy).
You have excellent manual dexterity.
You can bend, stoop, twist, reach and stand for long periods of time.
You are able to perform repetitive motion from the hand through the shoulder area.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service by answering lots of questions, and preparing quality espresso and specialty drinks.
Efficiently running a register.
Ensuring that products are fresh, rotated and well stocked.
Maintaining the department so that it is clean, enticing and safe.
Demonstrating an attitude of service to co-workers by lending a hand and working cohesively.
Supporting and following all safety and security policies and our sustainability programs.
Operating within the Company’s Core Values & Company Brand.
