About The Position

Penn State Beaver Food Services is seeking organized and motivated employees, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This is a non-student opening. Must be available nights and some weekends. This is a part time opening, up to 28 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Handle credit or campus dining dollar transactions with customers.
• Scan goods and collect payments.
• Ensure pricing is correct.
• Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Help stock items.
