Circle K is seeking a Food Service Captain to ensure all food operational execution in store are followed to maximize sales and reduce waste. This role involves training, teaching, and coaching store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service. The Food Service Captain will be the go-to person in store for employees with questions related to food products and services, and will plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers. They will also conduct and lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs, follow up with refresher training, ensure foodservice areas are stocked and food is rotated using FIFO, and ensure food items are displayed according to planograms. This role involves monitoring shrink while improving sales to maximize foodservice profit, identifying and collaborating with BUQAS training personnel, and conducting needs analysis based on BUQAS visits. The Food Service Captain must operate within budgeted expectations.
