About The Position
Food Service Cafe Manager needed for school food service in the Hampton, NJ area. This is a part-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, 4 hours daily. No weekends or holidays are required, and summers off are included. The ideal candidate must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools and possess food service experience. K-12 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Managing the operation on a daily basis.
- Cooking - food preparation, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production according to the NSLP guidelines.
- Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
- POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow record keeping procedures.
- Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes
