Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English, alongside basic computation skills for cashiering
• A warm personality capable of connecting with patients, guests, and coworkers
• Ability to grasp general nutrition principles and special patient diet modifications within 7–10 days

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Customer service or food service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take menu selections directly at the bedside and deliver meals with a smile
• Build accurate patient food trays using our computerized ticket system
• Set up food stations, serve customers using proper food handling, and cashier transactions
• Keep stock levels perfectly filled by organizing and rotating products in daily refrigerator and unit floor spaces
• Help set up, decorate, and cater special hospital themes and holiday events
