The Food Services Associate will assist the Café Team and the overall operation of the Café, ensuring a welcoming environment, quality food, and service.

Responsibilities
- Ability to perform all day-to-day operations of the café
- Drink preparation, proper use of coffee, smoothie and kitchen equipment, food preparation, use of register, and properly serving customers
- Ability to prepare food
- Prepare for special events
- Regular attendance at TBC church services, meetings, activities, staff functions, and events as required
- As assigned by Supervisor
