About The Position

MaineGeneral Health is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Food & Nutrition team at Glenridge in Augusta. This is a hands-on evening role where your work directly supports residents every day. No food service experience? That’s okay. If you show up, work hard, and have a good attitude, we will train you.

Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
Warehouse or other physical work experience

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients/residents, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services
Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, waiting tables, tray line delivery, and catering special events
Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures
Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Follows food safety and safety guidelines at all times
Works as part of a team to keep meals moving on time
