About The Position
This is a part-time position at Jefferson Abington. The role involves participating in the preparation, assembly, and delivery of meals and food items for patients, hospital staff, and visitors. It also includes participating in providing nutritional care to patients and practicing proper food handling techniques while maintaining sanitation in the department.
Requirements
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
- Interpersonal communication skills are required.
- All employees must have 5 days of availability, and work 3 out of 4 weekends a month.
- Holiday rotation is required.
Nice To Haves
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service experience is not required, but is preferred.
Responsibilities
