About The Position

At Cedar Point, work is FUN! Working in a Food and Beverage role as a Food Associate means you’ll greet and welcome guests to our world class food locations. You'll also assist with delivering appetizers, soups, salads, entrees & desserts to guest in a timely manner, support the Restaurants' Bartenders and Servers, replenish stock and inventory, and maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in assigned work areas.

Requirements

Ages 18+
People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point and Sawmill Creek.
Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Provide guest service according to standard, including guest interaction & customer resolution.
Effectively communicate with fellow associates needs of guest or product levels
Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
Assist with delivering appetizers, soups, salads, entrees & desserts to guest in a timely manner.
Support the Restuarants' Bartenders and Servers.
Replenish stock and inventory.
Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety in assigned work areas.
