About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part Time Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse located at 17600 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68130. The Lighthouse has 54 skilled nursing and long-term care suites. This position will pay up to $18.31/hour (straight pay/no tips) plus a $1,000 Hiring Bonus (conditions apply). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required or willing to obtain if hired (company pays for training).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- For cafeteria duties, cash handling experience preferred.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in patient tray line assembly and related duties such as loading, operating, and cleaning the dishwasher.
- Assists in the service of meals to cafeteria patrons and operates the cash register.
- Maintains the records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to the cafeteria.
