Under the leadership of the House of Mercy Chef, this role participates as a dietary services team member. Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, cleaning the food preparation area, operating the dishwasher, and performing related dietary duties to provide quality food service. The position also involves maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and adhering to food safety regulations. The role operates under the daily leadership of the House of Mercy Chef and the general supervision of the Operations Data Manager. Employees are expected to abide by and promote the mission and core values of the Spirit of Mercy and comply with all Mercy Medical Center policies and procedures.
