This position is responsible for assisting in the delivery, set-up, and cleaning for special functions, as well as assisting with catering events and meal delivery. The role ensures food item displays and signage are attractive, neat, and orderly. Responsibilities include grilling, deep frying, and finishing cooking such as pizzas. The associate will handle cafeteria point of sale (POS) transactions correctly, maintain and record food temperatures, and keep the work area clean, neat, and orderly. Safe food handling procedures are to be practiced according to standards. The role involves performing cold food assembly, such as the salad bar and grab-and-go foods, and serving food according to food regulatory standards for temperature, ensuring attractive presentation and appropriate portions. Additionally, the associate will set up and stock assigned serving areas in the cafeteria.
