Responsibilities also include monitoring food temperatures, checking sanitizer levels, recording dish machine temperatures, and using two patient identifiers for tray delivery. Safety is paramount, requiring safe equipment operation, adherence to cleaning guidelines, following MSDS for chemicals, and using proper body mechanics for lifting and carrying. Excellent customer service skills are expected, along with the ability to answer questions about food items, handle service recovery, and manage messages efficiently. Other duties may be assigned.
