Position Purpose: Reports to Food Service Supervisor with primary responsibility to be assigned based upon daily need (i.e., dish room, hot food dipper, runner, beverage position). Performs a variety of food service duties including cleaning and sanitizing soiled service ware and equipment in both the kitchen and cafeteria, setting up hot food workstation, assembling patient food trays, delivering floor stock and other related duties. Maintains all work areas and related storage areas in a safe, sanitary condition.
