About The Position
The Village at St. Clair has an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Aide to join their team. This position is part-time, unscheduled, and offers a hiring rate of $22.28 per collective agreement/employee association agreement. Requirements
- Completed, enrolled in or willing to enroll in the Food Services Worker training program
- Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
Responsibilities
- Assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents’ diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
- Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents.
- Food Service Team Members at Schlegel Villages assist with the preparation of catering functions and events, and maintaining a clean dining room and workspace.
