About The Position
The Village of Erin Meadows has an exciting opportunity for a Food Service Aide to join their team. This is an unscheduled part-time position located at 2930 Erin Centre Blvd., Mississauga. The hiring rate for this role is $18.57 per collective agreement. Requirements
- Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
Responsibilities
- Assist in serving meals and beverages to our residents ensuring we meet residents’ diets and food preferences while following safe and sanitary food handling techniques
- Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of customer service to our residents
- Assist with the preparation of catering functions and events
- Maintain a clean dining room and workspace
