Requirements

• PRN / Per Diem schedule
• Must be able to perform food services, dining room services, and dish room services.
• Must be able to assist in food preparation and serving.
• Must be able to assist in clean up.
• Must be able to prepare food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be able to provide high quality food preparation and service.
• Must be able to complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality of work.
• Must be willing to volunteer to help in other areas of the kitchen when necessary.
• Must be able to operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of patient food services, dining room services and dish room services.
• Be an integral part of the food preparations, serving of the prepared food to patients, families, staff and visitors and assisting in clean up.
• Be timely and efficient when preparing food.
• Provide high quality food preparation and service.
• Complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality of work.
• Volunteer to help in other areas of the kitchen when necessary.
• Operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner.
