About The Position
Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverage to restaurant customers. Provides Family Style Service at all times. May perform other duties as assigned. $11.79 Per Hour
Requirements
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
- Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- CER license is required
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year prior experience as a food server preferred.
Responsibilities
- Presents menus to customers and is able to recommend particular menu items.
- Relays customer order to kitchen and beverage outlets.
- Serves the order and presents the check to customers.
- Follows all kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations.
