As a Governor's Grill Food Server, you’ll be the friendly face our guests remember. From the moment they sit down to the final bite, you’ll help make every meal something to smile about. What You’ll Be Doing: Greet guests with a warm welcome, genuine smile, and top-tier service from start to finish Take initial beverage order within 3 minutes of guests being seated Know the menu like a pro and help guests find their perfect meal Communicate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely, quality service Keep your station clean, organized, and guest-ready Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors Pitch in wherever needed—teamwork makes the dream work! QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For: Must be 21+ years old High school diploma or GED preferred Previous serving experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus!) Ability to stay cool under pressure in a lively environment Friendly, approachable, and committed to great service Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude a must You’ll Need: Valid Food Handler’s Certification Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain) Familiarity with POS systems like InfoGenesis is a plus Experience using systems like Paycom is helpful but not required Whether you're a seasoned server or just starting out, if you love making people feel welcome and cared for, we want to meet you. Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old

- Previous serving experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
