About The Position

The Food Server Assistant will support servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role involves assisting with table clearing and resetting, beverage refills, stocking service areas, and responding to guest requests. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining room and server stations, adhering to health and safety regulations, and performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils.
• Ensure all areas of the dining room and server stations are clean and tidy.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
