Requirements

- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits of food service areas.
- Prepare reports with the Food & Beverage Director (should include daily/weekly recaps and recommendations for improving processes).
- Correct immediate areas of deficiencies when observed and notify management to ensure follow up.
- Provide food safety training for all associates.
- Report all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety (including PPE).
- Report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
- Ensure all safety equipment is being used properly, alert Supervisor for any malfunctions, safety concerns or needs.
- Act as a liaison between the Foods Division and Park Safety Department.
- Assist in completing accident reports.
- Participate in all Everclean scheduled and unscheduled audits.
- Prepare any needed reports and action plans to correct areas of deficiency.
