You will go through an extensive training program that enables you to become familiar with plant operations, and to develop knowledge of meat processing production, including good manufacturing practices, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, food safety, quality, process control and regulatory compliance. As a Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory Intern you will learn the various aspects of the business as well as be assigned a project that aligns you with our operational needs. You will be trained in various areas required to learn basic skills to understand the process to complete assigned projects.
