About The Position
Food Runners at Chili’s create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role emphasizes enthusiasm, hospitality, and using a fun personality to connect with Guests and colleagues and make people feel special. Food runners are hired primarily with the opportunity to grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position provides hospitable, customized service, supports Guest satisfaction through interaction and teamwork, and helps maintain clean tables and a safe, welcoming environment. Prior experience is a plus. Applicants must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
