About The Position
Food Runners at Chili’s create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for food, beverages, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about hospitality who uses their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers and help people feel special. Chili’s primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position involves providing hospitable, customized service, helping maintain a welcoming and safe environment, and working with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Applicants must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and growth opportunities. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
