About The Position

Food Runners at Chili’s create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their enthusiasm for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role focuses on providing customized, hospitable service, connecting with Guests, and helping ensure their needs are met. Food Runners also keep tables clear of dirty dishes and partner with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The position may offer a path to grow into a server role.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
