Food Runners at Chili's create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. Chili's is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. It is known for burgers, smoked ribs, fajitas, and margaritas, and emphasizes service, hospitality, and giving back. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
