About The Position
Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests. Assists servers in their duties as required. Provides personalized service during guest interactions. Food Runners are an important part of a restaurant staff and serve as assistants to the waitstaff. The food runner is responsible for ensuring that the food is delivered to the guests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service/communication skills a must.
- Must be detail oriented and a team player.

- Prior customer service in a fast paced environment preferred.
