About The Position
As the season hits its stride, we are looking to add additional food runners to our dynamic front of house team.
Requirements
- Ability to transport hot and cold dishes accurately.
- Attention to detail for order verification.
- Willingness to assist servers with table support.
- Effective communication skills to liaise between kitchen and front-of-house.
Responsibilities
- Transport hot and cold dishes from the kitchen expo line to the correct guest tables matching seat numbers.
- Check plates against order tickets for accuracy, special requests, and allergy modifications.
- Assist servers by clearing dirty plates, refilling water or drinks, and replacing silverware.
- Act as the bridge between the kitchen staff and front-of-house servers regarding timing or delayed orders.
