About The Position

Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role suits someone enthusiastic who believes great food should be accompanied by great hospitality and uses a fun personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Food Runners are primarily hired with the opportunity to grow their career quickly into a server role.

The position involves providing hospitable, customized service, improving the Guest experience through interaction and attention to needs, keeping tables clear through pre-bussing, partnering with other Team Members, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Some weekend, weekday, and holiday availability is required. Prior experience is a plus, and the position may be scheduled part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.
• Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
