About The Position
The Food Runner creates an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing a passion for food, beverages, and people. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about hospitality who enjoys connecting with Guests and making them feel special. Food Runners may have opportunities to grow their career quickly into a server position. The position requires providing hospitable, customized service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; keeping tables clear through pre-bussing; working with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction; and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required as needed.

- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
