About The Position

Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role involves providing welcoming, customized service, connecting with Guests, and helping ensure their needs are met. Food Runners also support the team by pre-bussing tables and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
