Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in high volume atmosphere
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds and walk/stand for a 6-8 hour shift
- Fluent in English and ability to clearly articulate guests needs to teammates
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
- Flexible hours are required (need to be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Ensure a professional appearance in a clean uniform
- Skilled in time management
Responsibilities
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate our guests
- Be flexible and adjust to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
- Maintain a level of professionalism and community effectively
- Pick up food from the pass and deliver it to tables
- Maintain a professional image
- Set, organize and restocks service area
- Return all items to their zoned location
- Respect guest right of way
