About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering food orders to customers quickly and accurately, upholding sanitation and food safety principles, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Food Runner will also assist with table setup, handle customer requests, and support other departments as needed. This is not a tipped position.

Requirements

Ability to deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
Knowledge of sanitation and food safety principles
Ability to bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
Skills in checking in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
Ability to relay reports of customer satisfaction to management and relevant parties
Capability to ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need
Assisting in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
Handling various impromptu requests from customers
Assisting other departments as needed
Delivering food to the bar, or the designated area on a timely and accurate manner
Setting up the napkins, silverware and condiments for the next shift
