About The Position

As a WA/Food Runner (Steady Extra) at Buca Las Vegas Excalibur, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this position, you are responsible for ensuring that food and beverages are delivered from the kitchen to the dining area promptly, accurately, and with a high level of presentation. You will support servers by assisting with guest needs, helping to maintain clean and organized tables, and ensuring efficient table turnover. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the link between the kitchen and the dining room, your contributions are essential to maintaining smooth operations and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication, which is essential for interacting with both guests and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
