Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
  • Arrive to work on time, consistently.
  • Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
  • Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
  • Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
  • Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment.
  • Follow all directions and processes in place.
  • Communicate with all internal and external customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Properly rotate all mis en place.
  • Clean and maintain equipment properly.
  • Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
  • Execute all food order deliveries to the correct tables and areas.
  • Stock the line with plates and bowls and any other utensils needed for the day.
  • Organize and set up work station fast and efficiently.
  • Rotate, label and date all food on stations.
  • Check all Jonas paper in all machines before service.
  • At end of each shift provide Chef with a list of products and jobs needed for the next shift.
  • Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving.
  • Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager or Chef.
