The role focuses on providing customized service, connecting with Guests, keeping tables clear through pre-bussing, and collaborating with the team to ensure Guest satisfaction. Chili’s primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. Candidates should bring a fun personality and help make Guests feel special.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
