About The Position

Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 25–30 lbs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Provide warm, attentive service by assisting guests and responding to requests with professionalism and hospitality.
- Support café operations by maintaining clean, organized dining areas and ensuring tables are properly set and stocked.
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, and culinary teams to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold The Pfister Hotel’s luxury hospitality standards by creating memorable experiences for every guest.
