About The Position

Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their enthusiasm for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role focuses on providing customized service, connecting with Guests, and helping them feel special. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position contributes to a safe, welcoming environment and supports overall Guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
