About The Position
Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who believe great food should be accompanied by great hospitality and who use their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position provides hospitable, customized service; helps ensure Guest needs are met; keeps tables clear of dirty dishes; partners with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction; and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment. Applicants must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus. The schedule may be part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
