About The Position

Food Runners help create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their enthusiasm for food, beverages, and hospitality. The role involves providing attentive, customized service, connecting with Guests, and helping ensure their needs are met. Food Runners work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can quickly grow their careers into server roles.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
