Food Runner
About The Position
The Denver Athletic Club is seeking a full-time Food Runner to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to various Food & Beverage outlets within the club. You will also be tasked with cleaning dining areas, providing excellent service that is knowledgeable, approachable, energetic, and thoughtful, and maintaining company standards and values in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include cleaning tableware, stocking service items, and performing light preparation for the salad bar. A key aspect of the role is learning and being able to recite the Denver Athletic Club menu to members.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of progressive restaurant experience.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Run food from the kitchen to F&B outlets around the club.
- Clean dining areas.
- Provide knowledgeable, approachable, energetic, and thoughtful service.
- Uphold company standards and values in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean tableware.
- Stock service-related items.
- Perform light prep work for the salad bar.
- Learn and recite the DAC menu to members.
