Responsible for the timely delivery of food and ensuring that plate presentations and food quality are of the highest standard possible. This role requires maintaining comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including table and seat numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table setup, and dress code. The associate must also be knowledgeable about all liquor brands, wines, beers, non-alcoholic selections, glassware, garnishes, and menu items, including their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards. Adherence to state liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated persons is crucial. The position involves using and maintaining equipment correctly and understanding both P.O.S. and manual systems, while also assisting other departments to ensure optimal performance.
