About The Position
Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who believe great food should be accompanied by great hospitality and who use their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Food Runners are primarily hired with opportunities to grow their careers quickly into server roles.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plateware, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
