The Haymaker Thunderbird is looking for high-energy, team-oriented individuals to join their team as Food Runners. Food Runners play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is the heartbeat between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring food is delivered quickly, accurately, and with care, while supporting servers and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. A truly great experience is more than just great food; it's about seamless hospitality from start to finish. They are seeking fun, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join their team as Full-time or Part-time Food Runners.

Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift and carry trays of food safely

Responsibilities

Deliver food to guests quickly and accurately with a sense of urgency
Act as the key link between kitchen and front-of-house team
Assist servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Support bussing, table resets, and overall guest flow
Communicate clearly with kitchen and management regarding orders and guest needs
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Contribute to a strong, team-first culture
