About The Position
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Food Runners. This is a key role that keeps our dining experience running smoothly and our guests coming back. Whether you're starting your hospitality career or looking for a flexible, high-energy position, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a supportive team. You will work in a fun, fast-paced environment with a strong team culture, gain hands-on experience in hospitality and restaurant operations, build valuable skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork, and stay active with no sitting at a desk all day. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Able to stand and move for extended periods (7–10 hour shifts)
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen/dining environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver food quickly and accurately to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Double-check orders for quality and presentation before leaving the kitchen
- Support servers and bartenders to keep service running smoothly
- Learn the menu and confidently assist with guest questions
- Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of service areas
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily restaurant setup
