Cascades Pool Cascades is Winstar’s 5-acre pool complex featuring an array of luxurious amenities and experiences. Laid out across two tiers, Cascades is inspired by natural elements that adjoin to provide a unique pool experience with an intimate lounge and cabana spaces in between. As an all-encompassing outdoor experience tailored to casino guests, Cascades offers three large outdoor bars and personal service buildings located to serve different areas of the complex – the Mid Bar, the Elite Bar, and the centerpiece Grand Main Bar. Each provides a perfect place to kick back, grab some food and a drink and enjoy this amenity to the fullest.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a service‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Skilled in carrying three entrée plates simultaneously for up to 150 feet.
  • Ability to memorize and recite menu details accurately.
  • Understanding of expo processes within a fine‑dining environment.
  • Ability to read kitchen tickets and understand seating, table numbering, and course sequencing.
  • Capable of working long or flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and table settings.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong personal hygiene and professional grooming required.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively during setup and service execution.
  • Willingness to exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to take direction from supervisors.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
  • Able to transport up to 50 lbs continuously.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Must have a working email for manager communication.
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Oklahoma ABLE License
  • Valid Server Training Certificate
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in hot or outdoor environments for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of experience in the food and beverage industry as a busser or food runner preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all guests to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Promptly and accurately deliver food and beverages using kitchen ticket information (table numbers, seat numbers, and course breakdowns).
  • Serve as a communication bridge between servers and the culinary team.
  • Review kitchen tickets to verify order quality, accuracy, and presentation.
  • Observe and monitor guests’ dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Check in with guests consistently to ensure they have everything they need.
  • Communicate guest requests to the appropriate server immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining and service areas.
  • Support bussers with clearing and resetting tables, especially during peak hours or large parties.
  • Provide guests with basic guidance on menu offerings and general attraction information.
  • Follow all health and safety standards through general cleaning tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.
