Responsibilities

Clearing and resetting tables, including wiping down surfaces and sweeping around tables.
Scanning the dining room for tables needing to be cleared and ensuring they are ready for new guests.
Communicating with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests, and with waitstaff about their needs.
Quickly and accurately delivering food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables.
Assisting servers with proper food and drink service.
Maintaining the tidiness and welcoming atmosphere of the dining area, including washing menus and highchairs.
Keeping the expo area clean and organized.
