About The Position

Mahi'ai Table in Foodland Farms Ka Makana Ali'i is looking for Bartenders to join our team. We are seeking high energy, responsible individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages. Restaurant Bussers must have excellent customer service, be able to work and communicate well with others, follow directions and standard operating procedures of the kitchen/restaurant. Restaurant Busser assists Restaurant Management and servers by keeping the restaurant areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized. They interact with guests and must ensure that safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Restaurant Busser must maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, and observe company dress code. Restaurant staff must also abide by all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; support the company culture, values, goals and mission; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have TB Clearance
Must comply with all company policies and requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or other entry-level role in the restaurant industry is preferred
