About The Position

We are seeking an energetic and service‑focused Food Runner/Busperson to support an exceptional poolside dining experience. In this role, you will deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while serving as a vital link between the kitchen, bar, and service teams. Requirements

Ability to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to perform duties outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as required

Responsibilities

Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately.
Verify food presentation and ensure all items meet quality standards prior to delivery.
Ensure guests receive correct orders, coordinating closely with servers and bartenders.
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and seamless food delivery.
Reset tables and seating areas promptly to prepare for incoming guests.
Assist with restocking and organizing service items, including plates, utensils, and condiments.
Clean and maintain food‑delivery trays and serving equipment throughout the shift.
Support opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, trash removal, and resetting service areas.
Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
Attend/complete all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
