About The Position

We are looking for a responsible, active, and service-oriented Food Runner / Service Assistant to support weekend Grill operations. The position combines delivering orders to tables, customer service, and general operational support to maintain a fast, friendly, and efficient experience for our customers. This role is key to ensuring that Grill orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner during service. The ideal candidate should be quick, organized, have a good service attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced operation. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, food runner, customer service, cashier, or similar customer service positions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and customer-oriented operation.
  • Excellent service attitude and willingness to interact with customers.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely lift and transport trays, products, and supplies.
  • Responsible, punctual, and reliable person.
  • Good teamwork attitude and willingness to support different areas when needed.
  • Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Grill orders to tables quickly, professionally, and with good presentation, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
  • Provide cordial and friendly attention to our customers during service.
  • Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable, assisting with the removal of trays, utensils, and service items when necessary.
  • Restock supplies, condiments, and service stations to maintain a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Grill team and report any operational needs to the corresponding manager.
  • Collaborate with other operational tasks as needed by the business.
  • Work with a sense of urgency during periods of high customer volume.
